最无情的东西

再深的感情、恩义、情愫

都会因天涯远隔

岁月流失而渐渐淡去

这不是世事炎凉

也不是人情淡薄

而是因彼此的喜怒哀乐

不能共享

岁月之风和时光之手

淡化了心中的你我

再熟的路

若不行走也会陌生

如不呵护也会如烟而逝

Time is the most ruthless thing of all; no matter how deep the feeling or meaning, it will fade into the distant horizon due to the passage of time. This is not due to the unfriendliness of people, but rather when joys and sorrows cannot be shared, the winds of time dilute our hearts. So, remember: no matter how familiar the road, if you don’t walk down it, it will become foreign; no matter how deep the feeling, if you don’t take care of it, it will be gone like the smoke. Things begin and things end; everything is impermanent!
